Yeah, this probably is a Necropost.
But rather than start a whole new thread, and loose the useful information already here, I am adding to it.
1) Kila Products offers colored screw kits specifically for the Etha.
They can be found by first going to the color "Kila Color Gun Screw Sets" then clicking the link for "Kila Color Gun Screw Sets ETEK Series"
--In the Marker type drop down you should see "Etha" at the bottom of the list.

2) As for current blackout kits, yes they will rust, they appear to be standard black oxide screws. You Hardware DIY store may not have the exact length, but they should have them, just cut them to size.
Use the Black oxide screws for areas needing strong materials, and colored screws for delicate locations.
Or just leave it all alone, and paint the screw heads with Testors enamel now and again.
Take some care with your marker, a little regular maintenance to prevent rusting and keep them clean. I tend to use a bit of Molycoat, especially on steel screws into aluminum.
