This is my Milsig SCAR, D-Series mod project.
Took overall around a week to complete the first version(s), allot of hard work and a few late hours but a great time as well!
The SCAR hull is in black hardened plastic from the cheapest airsoft JLS, SCAR (I think i was).
-Holographic sight and an AN/PEQ-15 GREEN Laser with Flashlight in one, standart single shot pistol grip.
-RAP4 riffled 16" barrel with flash-hinder.
-Standard mag fed Milsig K-series marker.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All I really did was to cut out all internal parts that wasn't flat and striped/ weared down my all new milsig marker the same day I got it, using an abrasive tool
Cut a little here and a little there to get i to fit over the marker, cut out some areas in the plastic hull etcetera.
Used the upper same screws that attaches the barrels
barrel block and the back
sling mount end cap. Just drilled the holes in the airsoft hull, got better than expected really.
After quite allot of stripping on the markers outside hull as well on the upper marker rail it fitted like a charm. I had to cut the
cocking handle a few centimeters (or more like one perhaps) to get the airsoft hull over the marker, then used the airsoft standard charging handle still fitted on the airsoft hull to pull back the markers...
I think that's all, wasn't as easy as it sounds now but still no big issues during construction, you just need the time and patience as most of you may know I guess
oh yes, I attached the front hand-guard lower rail to the markers lower front rail (witch obviously was in line with the marker, I cud the out the special areas from the plastic hull after this position) using the back sight including with the airsoft after cutting this one down a bit as well

I also had to cut out and strip down the
mag feed breach cover ALLOT (!) to get it between the marker and the airsoft hull, but in the end it was possible
I then had to glue it on to the marker to stay in correct position.
Also cut out the front sight lower part witch attached it to the airsoft barrel mounting where I needed my own barrel to be, might be some other parts as well which I forgotten right now,
there where allot och cutting and striping as you understand.
But in the end I´m very satisfied!
At last I cut down the standard stock mounting part/ position from the back end off the airsoft hull tho it went broken after just a few games and I had to fit the stock right on to the markers
sling mount end cap fast with once again allot off work as usual.
