Help: Geo 2 Trigger pin keeps rattling loose

I have had my Geo2 for about 3 weeks now and everytime I play with the trigger, I notice the trigger is wobbling more than usual. then I proceed to take it apart to find out the trigger pin wiggled its way out of the left side (hitting the inside wall of the trigger frame).

when I tighten down the screw to hold the pin in place, the trigger rubs on the frame and causes the trigger to move 1/8" with no return.

I have spent countless hours fiddling with it but to no avail.

help? suggestions? or should I just invest in getting a violent trigger for it? will it fix the issue I'm having?

thanks!

I had that same exact issue once but I can't remember how I resolved it. Are you tightening it down really hard or just enough to keep the pin in place?

I've tried both. Tight down, the trigger barely moves. Just tight enough, the pin still manages to giggles it's way out.

You said trigger didn`return ? I`m sure you fixed the correct srew ( but just to be sure, see picture , if the link is broken or not allowed , please contact me ) , maybe you need to put some locktide on the screw an turn it in ....
keep watching the trigger isn`t to far on one side ... on youtube is a nice video on how to install a violent trigger on a geo , this will help you for sure ....
