Of course there are more people committing fraud that haven't got caught. I am not denying that. But you are twisting a study to say something that it is not. To be frank, this level of dishonesty is sickening.

I can honestly say being an art major has completely killed my math skills -_- I have not taken a math class in 6 years nor do I ever do math haha. Or it is just too damn late at night for me...
So assuming out of 645,000 people there are 325 people found to commit fraud and everyone else is perfect, what does that equate to be for the 46,700,000 on food stamps? Then, take the amount of money the government dishes out per person for food stamps in a year and find out how much could be saved if all fraudulent persons are removed from the program.
