I wear empire 2012 ltd pants, which have great padding. My knees are jacked up from years of soccer, running etc... I wear neoprene compression sleeves on my knees when I play, I've been looking at knee pads but am not sure if they'll stay put over the knee braces. I really doubt any paintball specific pads will have the support I want on their own. Anybody have the same issue, any suggestions?

I have bad knees, and I used to wear regular neoprene sleeves around my knees with DYE knee pads. Only in the last couple of years did I find that I had any kind of an issue, when once or twice, the knee pads slid down my leg. Now, I wear Kali knee pads that have their own neoprene so I don't have to wear separate knee sleeves.
