Similar to the guy above... paintballler187 lens sticker, smoke lens, event star ear pieces (fit without trimming but I used a screw from another mask to hold the strap to the ear piece) and event straps.
I stuck a visor on it:

And my Irish Pride double strap, off my proflex, because I just couldn't stop using it, even though it really doesn't do anything on the eflex

My blue E-flex w/
-Ninja Lens
-KM Lens Wrap
-KM Strap, doubled strapped with stock
The lens wrap gets rid of the "black thermal line" everyone complains about and the strap matches!

I actually prefer my flexes. The nose part of the elfexes foam pinches a little. But the e flexes are way more convenient.

It's not too difficult. Just use some small pliers and pull them through and be patient. I have dual km straps.

do you want to replace them or add it to make a double strap?
either one is pretty easy, to replace it you can just cut the stock one off the clips or buy a replacement and cut those off the clips(if you want to keep the stock ones), then put the butterfly through each end.
If you want to make it a double strap do what the guy above me said^^
