After I screwed the tank in and tried to turn the knob to the on position it doesn't turn fully and the tank pisses air out of the side of the knob. I am sure I installed everything exactly as it should be. It's only an oring, pin, and pin valve. The fat part of the pin goes in first as that's the only way it will go in and that's the way it came out. I disassembled and reassembled twice to no avail. PLEASE HELPP!!

The problem is that after screwing the tank in, the ASA knob won't fully turn counterclockwise to allow the gun to pressurize. It feels stuck about 3/4 of the way then it pisses air. I feel if I can fully turn it as it's supposed to, then the gun will pressurize. I don't see what could have gone wrong. Oring lubed, then set in place with a 1/4 inch allen wrench. Pin goes in, then screw in the pin valve. What else? I noticed that when I take the tank out of the asa I can then turn the asa knob fully and I see the pin come through the hole, though when I close the asa the pin stays stuck forward.

Hey read this post, here is your problem. I had the same thing with my gun. DYE fixed it at World Cup.

Long story short your pin housing is screwed in too far into your ASA. Get some blue threadlock and adjust as needed.

Just fix it yourself man, it is easy. All you need is a tool to screw the pin housing in and out and some blue threadlock from your local auto parts store.

the last time my ASA started acting up I used it as an excuse to get a pops ASA, but it's easy to fix, you've almost done all the work already when you broke it down earlier.
