MODS CLOSE THIS I AM OPENING A CLAIM


So for background, I shipped my geo2.1, tank, and rotor to a guy that lives in Canada. He traded me for his geo3, his package after over a week got returned to him. Yet my package appears as if it will make it to him soon. I paid almost $60 in shipping and completed my end of the deal as agreed. Does the other guy who didn't hold up his end have any responsibility to pay my shipping/ ensure his gun makes it to me in a VERY fast manor? Any help please would be appreciated!

He claims that he doesn't know why, but he now wants to just return my gear and be done. But now i am out cash and my gun for a month or more and I can't sell/trade it when I need it. Just super frustrating that I held up my end and he hasn't held his up at all

its weird that it would get turned around unless customs rejected it. unfortunately there is a risk with any deal that you do online. but please do not feel as though this is how all canadians conduct business on this site but i would also ask that you please post in the scammers section to eliminate this person from making other people not want to deal with canadians.

I have done numerous deals as I live in ND so I've hand delivered to Brandon a couple times and such and no Canadians are true to they're word. Just got a bad guy this time!

Yes, I'll assume it got rejected because he put "paintball gun" and not paintball marker/gear. He finally decided to answer me after making this and threatening with mods. And says he is shipping the geo again. I'll keep everyone updated!

Things got "worked" out as he promised to ship the geo today so hopefully it comes in the advertised condition
