After a back and forth email conversation here is the timeline with Mr Logan. We post this as a result of our transparency policy we have when it comes to people claiming publicly we are trying to screw them. So we respond publicly.
Mr Logan bought the JT in our thread. As he referred to it as the "****ty gun", well yes Mr Logan that usually is the description of a JT gun found in Wal Mart we agree, but it was a working "****ty gun" when we packed it up and sent it.
We test and chrono every gun we have ever shipped and have never had any problems.
Mr Logan receives gun says that it shoots fine but the LCD screen isn't working. Not surprising Mr Postman isn't the gentlest of creatures. Usually we are more then willing to help in such cases with a small refund as compensation ( Unless the purchase is over $75 then we require insurance). We respond with some questions as usual.
Mr Logan responds with it leaks terribly and doesn't shoot normal velocity. We being a little puzzled by this after being told it shot fine we ask some more questions, like is your tank screwed in all the way, did you check your oring, etc.
Mr Logan offers to send us a video

Very cool, most people just throw a whining-fest by this point.
We review the sideways, shaky, cellphone video and noticed the Guerrilla tank isn't screwed in all the way, we ask about thus said tank not being screwed in all the way and suggest this be the cause of his leaking/ velocity issue. Also is some rare cases we have come across the thread pitch on Guerrilla Air tanks not matching up to lower quality guns like Viewloader, Brass Eagle, JT and the likes.
Mr Logan responds saying that if he screws the tank in all the way it leaks worse.
Our response is the JT asa has no oring by design so by default the issue is most likely the mating of the tank to the asa. (still remembering that it didn't leak when first reported). We ask Mr Logan if he can try another tank, he responds saying he has a Ninja tank he can try.

We like Ninja tanks
We also recommend Mr Logan to call us to expedite the tech process at the shop.
Mr Logan responds a few days later that he doesn't have another tank and that we are "making excuses for selling him a "****ty gun""
Our response word for word:
You just said in a previous response that you had a different tank. Yes the JT is a "****ty gun". Everyone knows that. But it was a working "****ty gun" when we sent it. I am not making excuses. I am trying to help you, but after your story becomes hazy at best we become very hesitant to refund a pbnation transaction. First the gun worked fine and the board didn't work, then it was leaking and not shooting normal velocity, then you have a different tank to try, now you don't....
