That's quite the price drop.
I'll definitely be contacting ANSgear about getting one installed by the manufacturer. But, as I said, should I contact their customer support, or...?

I sent you a PM on how you should order the bottle/reg. Let me know if you need any additional info. Happy to help!

thanks for the quick response Rob! What would you suggest to clean up/repair the damaged area? a little 32 grit to scuff it up and a generous coat of epoxy?

Problem:
was shooting today with ninja pro reg. when done, started to unscrew tank off gun. noticed after a turn or two the bottle wasnt coming off. looked closer and saw the bottle spinning but not the reg. at first freaked out and thought i was unscrewing bottle from reg. then saw that the adjusting collar was what was rotating, not reg. so got a allen and tightened collar, then unscrewed bottle. Well, the guage was all messed up then and showed the bottle at zero. once the bottle was off i put a stand alone asa on it to bleed any remaining air. it bled air for a solid minute or two, meaning there was plenty of air in the bottle. once the air was done bleeding from the bottle the guage needle is WAY below zero. like the guage is blown or something. Got the reg at living legends last year and had it installed at the tent. have never adjusted to collar since. not sure why it came loose. what is wrong with the reg/guage, and what are my options?
thanks in advance for info.

That may be a question better suited for our hydro test guy since he also does our repairs. If you like, you can call 877-646-5287 x306 and Ray can help answer this question for you. Im pretty sure we use a 2part epoxy but better to ask Ray to be sure.

Ok, you'll need to make sure to keep the set screws locked down on the regulator and when you install it on your marker, do not torque it into your asa. Once the bottle is ready to be fully seated into the ASA, you need to make sure to slowly turn the bottle and when it stops, stop turning...do not torque it in. That puts un needed stress on the threads inside your asa and could lock a reg up inside of it.
You may also want to put a little dow grease on the threads of the reg before you screw it into your marker so you're not screwing metal on metal. This trick will help prolong the life of your threads and also help prevent reg lock up in an ASA.
Call us at 877-646-5287 and make sure to have your air system with you. We'll need some numbers off of the reg to see if we can warranty the gauge and send you a replacement no charge.

Grats and thanks for supporting a great cause. If you have time, post up a pic of your bottle and marker. We would love to see your full setup with the pink bottle on it!

Unfortunately, I have a leak from the output valve on my Pro Reg. Degassed the bottle, and looked like dirty lube in it, cleaned it up but still leaking. Any advice?
Thanks!

You have a leak from the pin valve? Have you removed the teflon oring to examine it for any debris or nicks or damage of any kind? I usually just flip that and it will solve the problem. If not, you should have a spare teflon oring in your bag that came with your tank or reg. If not, contact Ninja to get a few new orings from them as that should be the cause of the problem. I would also make sure you clean everything off and use a q-tip to clean out the pit where the teflon oring sits before reinstalling it.

Yup, removed the ring, cleaned it. Slowed down the leak, but still leaks.

Is your pin valve or valve spring messed up at all? Try strething out the valve spring a small amount at a time and see if that helps at all. It sounds like either the teflong oring, pin valve or valve spring are the culprits here since it's not fully sealing.

did you push the small white teflon oring out and swab out the pocket it sits in with a qtip? make sure to wipe the entire teflon oring off and the pocket it sits in. If that doesnt do the trick, you may need a new pin valve seat which is a 006-TFSS

Hi Mike! For the Geo3 you are more than capable of running LP output. To run an LP output on the adjustable tank you would want to take all 3 shims out. If you notice shootdown or inconsistent chrono then put back one shim and then you should be good to go. Hope this helps!

Yes, the 2 red shims will drop you down to the LP output. You can remove the silver ones if you would like to as well, but it is not necessary.
