I know that stock ion boards aren't equipped to work with an epiphany pressure. Waiting for my epiphany in the mail and want to get board ASAP so can play with PsP ramping. Is there any reason can't take solenoid off stock board and put on ion board? Ion boards are cheap and easy to find compared to epiphany boards.

This would be possible. The solenoids would have to be carefully desoldered and desoldered. There is always a chance that you will damage the circuit boards and/or the solenoid while making the transfer.

Some sellers list epiphany boards as ion boards. The visual difference between the two is the solenoid coils are wrapped in a red tape with "ION" in black lettering.

Why are you looking for a new board anyway?

If I remember correctly, the only choices are Semi, Rebound, 3-shot, and Full-auto.

Theoretically you could get it similar to PSP mode.. You could have it set to 12.5 max bps, then use 3 shot. You just won't have the ramping or the single shot for the first 3 cycles.

Yeah, psp won't like that I don't believe. Ill use semi until I get a new board but just havnt seen really anything that says specifically epiphany so not sure which to buy

You could pick up a virtue redf board. I was lucky enough to purchase a new epiphany virtue board from a third party a while ago. Virtue may have some laying around or the solenoids they use may be rated to run at the epiphany's OP.

I do not know about any of the other aftermarket boards.
