Yep. There are many ways to rig a bottomline ASA on a Phantom.
The one thing you'll want to keep in mind is that a CCI .45 grip will impart a 45°
upwards angle to the tank, so unless you want your tank to be angled upwards you'll need to either use a
downwards-angled bottomline to cancel out the angle or get an adapter plate. ASP makes a good one.
If you're still nervous about buying the parts, CCI does make Phantoms with bottomline ASAs already installed.

Of course, there's nothing stopping you from running a backbottle, vertical, or Hawaiian-style HPA configuration either, though from the way you phrased your question I think what you had in mind is today's standard bottomline configuration.
