I just got a DM 13 and it is black/graphite.

I wanna get part to black it out, but on dye's replacement part site, all I can buy is the grips and reg sleeve in black.

I need the bolt can, boot back, and the front grip.

I don't want to buy from a person. I want the, from a dealer. If I contact dye will they let me buy them?

That's nice I was planning to do the same. Im sure if you call them they will let you purchase replacement parts in black. But it might cost you.

There's a guy on ebay who sells the front grip (the one on the body under the barrel) in black.

Hard metal parts, I dunno. Good luck. I blacked out my black/tan DM12 this way...
