T9 is not first strike ready out of the box, but it can use both types of mags without modifications
T9 can't use the tank-stock or the ROC-stock but it can use longbow stocks
T9 can't use lapco's rifled barrel

they're pretty similar after those major changes.

Yes you can. You will need the First Strike upgrade kit that has a barrel, magazine, and new bolt. The kit is around $80 or so. The magazines are also available for $30-40.

No. The back end of the T9 does not have an air passage to use the stock.

also why won't the rifled barrel work?

The OD of the T8/T9 barrel is 7/8" while the OD of the T8.1/T9.1 is 1". The rifled barrel will not fit into the T9 body.
