I was recently shooting my gun and the eyes were dirty so i turned the eyes off. Why is it with the eyes off it shoots so much faster? When I took the PMR apart and disconnected the eyes there is a definitive difference between the eyes on and eyes off, so whats the deal? With the eyes on it shoots slow maybe 8 BPS and with the eyes off it sounds like its around 12 BPS. I have it set at 12 BPS ramping. What does the hive think?
You'll find this with most modern electros, though it will cycle faster with eyes off shootiing at those speeds will turn youre gun into a paint blender.Eye sytems are more to regulate ROF to the amount of balls being fed by a hopper. You'll find most after market boards to have an default ROF to a slower ROF when eyes are dirty eyes or pinched eye wiring to prevent more broken paint. Most electros ROF is determined more by the hopper youre using than the gun itself when using a ramp setting
