I really wanted to go with sprint and get that unlimited. Only had a Verizon iPhone left when I got it.

Would you rather have a little bit of really good pizza or all you can eat good pizza?

I've never been throttled by either of my AT&T or Verizon data service. But I think my home cox Internet service is getting throttled late evenings around 11pm till morning.

Maybe it's that time to start looking into another ISP. Maybe I'll check out Verizon FiOS since it appears to be available in my zip. Anyone have good experience or had issues with verizon FiOS?

Its really more like once a month full course Italian dinner at a five star restaurant versus all you can eat spaghetti O's. In my experience with sprint, it ****ing blows. My roommates can't make phone calls or text unless they are near a window while I have LTE even in our basement

Only if you have an iPhone 4 or lower. As far as I know. And I think it's tethered

I have both Verizon and AT&T data plans. Some locations the food isn't as good... as other locations. My AT&T data service at my house is better than my Verizon data service. I get LTE with AT&T at home... but only can get 3G EVDO with my Verizon LTE mifi. 3G EVDO isn't anything to be proud of. In fact, I'm in at an event right now where all I have unusable Verizon crappy 3G EVDO, so I'm posting right now on my AT&T LTE data. I don't need LTE or 3G/4G data at home since I have wifi@home. Just saying selecting a data service provider should depend on what carrier gives you the best service in your location. I've been with verizon for since it was AirTouch (10 years+), and AT&T for 7 years... and been happy with both. I don't buy into the Verizon has more coverage... because I have had poor coverage with Verizon when AT&T had awesome coverage... and I could say the same thing the other way around. For me... one is not better than the other. However, location should be a factor in choosing a carrier's data plan. For some... Sprint is the best choice for their location.

More discouraging news...
http://iclarified.com/26373/apple-ma...reak-for-ios-6

Funny thing is... I am not really discouraged since I got my iPhone 5. Main reason I JB is for iBlacklist and a few nav tweeks. I do like modifying theme's as a hobby though. For what I use my iPhone for... I'm not in a hurry. However... I may look into another phone on my next upgrade.

I did read a few articles saying that apple has added even more security to ios 6.1 that is gonna drop soon. So I would probably upgrade to 6.0.2 while you can, seeing as that's going to be the latest of the firmware versions that is most likely to be jailbroken. Don't wanna be stuck on 6.0 or 6.0.1 if your going to jailbreak.

where is the logic in this? if you wait, you can always upgrade later. if you upgrade right away there's no going back

Why would you wait? If apple is about to release ios 6.1 at any time, that will be your only option. Since 6.1 is more secure then 6.0, 6.0.1, and 6.0.2 why not update to 6.0.2 and have the latest ios 6 version rather then waiting around and being stuck on 6.0 or 6.0.1?

I don't see your logic in waiting, unless you don't want/need a jailbreak.
