I've owned an invert an ego11 and an etek4 and I love all of them but I enjoyed my inert and want to try another mid range spool valve and have been thinking about getting an axe. I also want to try pump play
Which would be a smarter choice?

I think you should give pump a try. I was looking for a backup speedball gun and I came across a sniper (converted autococker) and I bought it instead. Now I play more with my sniper then I do with my Rail

Yes pump is the way To go, it will also improve your skills when you play with your semi-auto marker

I used to play with electro's, but I made the switch to pump about a year and a half ago after trying a buddy's gun, and it's pump all the way now.

Nothing feels better than one balling someone, knowing it only took one shot.
