Its already cluttered as it is .. since the "sold" icon wouldn't work on multiple-item listings, it would drive most people to list one item per thread, thus creating a bigger clutter-fest.

On that forum it is required to state who you are shipping to, such as US48, etc.

You can also go to Edit, then Advanced (just like pbnation) and change the title tag to SOLD so people know to stay away.

I just figured I'd say that in my search for dyecam i4s, using the search button and clicking into countless threads only to see that the final post is "sold" a button that would show up before clicking into the thread would be extremely helpful.

Please don't do that. Just leave the price alone so other people can get an idea of what the going rate is for stuff. Just throw SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD across the top of the page and let it get archived.

A little sold button would be better though. Just have the seller control the sold button. Hit the button and the BST post is marker as sold with a little icon. I kind of like this one I just made. It's the same size as the other icons and has transparency. Pbnation is free to use either as I license them under public domain. I like the black outline with white text the best.






An even cooler thing to have in addition to or instead of the sold icon, would be to have the title of the thread get greyed out slightly. Something like this color. Although, with a lot of people using a different theme other than matte blue (the best in my opinion), the icon may be the only way to do it. This would also require that users are able to edit the icon for the thread after the thread has been created.

I didn't think about the usefulness of seeing what other markers sold for. I think a SOLD icon or other indicator would been useful. It just seems like I spend forever looking thru threads only to find on post #95 that item is sold.
