When you play in cold weather, you want to use the cheaper paint that's too bouncy in the summer. In the cold it will work better and still break. If you can't do that, try and keep it warm. If you can't do that then try to open up the bag and let it soften up a bit. That and the other suggestions people have made are all you can do.
Higher dwell and lower LPR like others have said, you may also want to raise your eye delay time. It can help you prevent clipping that odd ball when your hopper gets low and the stack isn't consistent.
Lower hopper tension. Keep your ROF lower rather than higher.
