I agree, especially since they almost force you into leaving. If you stay you get **** on with extra special details apparently.

I already had 19.5 days accumulated, and I took 12 days so I still have enough left over. Plus I have another 3 months before I'm out of that **** hole, so I'll get more in my balance. Regardless you can only take 3 days of leave along with RAP, but I'll save it up for my trip to Greece next year.

Depends on your orders. Theres a report NLT date and you can take leave right up to that date. I had about 4 weeks from graduation date to RNLT date. took my 12 days of RAP, and 6 days of leave.

Ask your supervisor at your base but some people won't care if you break that date

Depends on whether or not you are going overseas. Less for stateside and more for overseas. I think I remember getting about 15 days total including RAP.

commander authorized comp days for each person in the med group. so people who didn't work either holiday get 96hrs/4 comp days, I work x mas and get the command authorized 4 comp days tacked on tothe 4 day new years weekend and no more...shouldn't I get 4 extra comp days plus the command authorized 4 since I worked xmas and people who don't work either holiday get 4 + both holidays off...****ing bull****.

I know one shop was pretty much giving people 9 days off but they had to show up for PT and what I told my other workcenters were to cut people loose if you don't need them.
