Not quite.
Tulammo and Wolf are made by Tula
Golden Tiger is made by Vympel
Bear ammo is Burnaul or Ulyanovsk
Bear and Tiger stuff is typically considered higher quality than Tulammo/Wolf.

One of the local shops is selling Pmc for 800$ and its still selling. Gouging, just a hair. Usually it goes for 300$ for 1k

If they had some order come down my chain and told me I had to go collect weapons from American Citizens I'd tell them to **** off as well...go home, grab my rifle and ammo and drive to Louisiana to party with Jack. Hopefully he wouldn't shoot me on site...

It works...
My DPMS cycles it no problem. In my brother-n-law's Colt it causes failure to load issues (I don't think it's pushing his bolt carrier group back far enough, so it ejects the spent case but it fails to chamber the next round but that's just a guess).
I brought my riffle on to the MRRF range and shot a 34 last spring using Tula. I can't look you guys in the face and say it was the ammo that caused me not to shoot expert so take it for what its worth

I've hardly noticed a difference in silver bear and wolf over the years, I know it's marketed and holds a reputation for being the higher tier of import ammo. It's all, meh. Kills things though.
