not a problem. if you see anyone with any trouble seperating the can and plunger show them taht video. thats the easiest way ive found to do it.

solenoid can be removed however I would not reccomend full dissasembley of it

if there IS something wrong with your noid you should send it to dye instead of trying to fix it yourself, they can have some delicate parts

I don't really think it's something that CAN be taken apart more than the manifold from the rest of the assembly. It seems to be press fit and once something like that is taken apart it doesn't re-fit itself quite the same. But taking the manifold off for a cleaning is very simple and effective. Just unscrew, blast with some canned air or twirl a q-tip inside the holes and with just enough lube to wet the small o-rings reassemble.

also for your future knowledge, there is no rammer in an NT, the inner valve is usually just refferred to as the inner spool

I found a answer to the stuck spool just found this on ebay an picked one up today myself.

this will only work if yo have the newest nt plugger, with the old ones without wings from the nt 10 (build in in the most nt10´s) it won´t work

the simpelst methode is to stuck a allen key into one of the holes of the plugger

having trouble separating the back stem from the front section. tried using a cresent wrench along with the DYE wrench to separate the bolt. No luck. Any suggestions?

EDIT: just seen the pics above of what i was tried doing. Bolt is still locked in

I believe it is just held on with adhesive...? (if someone knows for sure just say so)

but if it is just held on with adhesive I'd wager you can run it under a hot tap to loosen the adhesive then carefully pull it off with needle nose pliers

thats what I would do anyway
