I believe you can go here: http://www.ninjapaintball.com/warranty.html
And you'll be able to send the bottle directly to the manufacture to have replaced. Of course, Rob will come in and verify this (don't want to give wrong info, but this is what I've seen)

Hey Lopez
As JL1988 mentioned you should have your co-worker go to www.ninjapaintball.com/warranty and fill out the form. Once he fills the form out he will be able to print out a free shipping label to have the tank sent to the manufacturer. All they will need to provide is a box to send the tank in with. The manufacturer will strip the defective shell and apply a new shell that is much more durable. They will then send the tank back to the address he specifies once it is completed. From what I have seen with people that have done it, it takes about 2-3 weeks or so.
Hope this helps man

Did you ever conduct the SLP regulator tests on the Clone GT? If so, what where the results?

What is the difference between the steel bonnet and the aluminum bonnet?
Aluminum- http://www.ansgear.com/Ninja_Tank_Re...-bonnetalu.htm
Steel- http://www.ansgear.com/Ninja_Tank_Re...onnetsteel.htm
Is it solely the strength, or are they built to different specs for different tanks? I have a 68/4500 with this bonnet in what I believe is aluminum, however the threads were eaten up by its previous owner, and if possible to purchase the steel bonnet to replace it. Please let em know how to proceed. I can provide pictures if necessary. Thanks for any help.

Could I get the weight of a Ninja 68/45 standard black ninja tank with or without the Pro reg? Also, what is the weight/weights of the 68/45 dura?

hey ninja techs,
I dropped my bottle on the asphalt and it cracked the outer coating of the bottle. it doesn't appear to of caused any damage to the fiber weave it's self, but i'm reluctant to put any air in it until i get an all clear from you guys.
if the bottle integrity is compromised, would i be able to get just a bottle w/o the reg from you guys?
happy holidays

Steel -The reg threads will last longer since Steel is a much stronger metal than aluminum. It will also weight more.
Aluminum -The reg threads are aluminum so they will wear down quicker (put some dow grease on the threads to help prolong the life) but it also weighs a lot less.
Yes, you can purchase just a replacement bonnet instead of a new regulator

As long as the fibers under the gel coat are not damaged, fraying, coming apart, etc, you will be fine. The gel coat is only there for cosmetic reasons only (just for looks). It also provides a layer of protection over the fibers but again, as long as the fibers underneath look good, you can safely use your bottle.

Hey Ninja Techs,
You may have missed my posting, I can't seem to find a weight listed for your standard 68/45 with a pro reg. Could you post or pm me that? Also, what is the weight for the 68/45 with the dura coating?

ANS has weights listed. You didnt list which color 68/45 so I can't provide a weight. Grey weighs less than black:

grey I guess. I looked on ANS and couldn't find the weight on any grey 68/45 and none of the 68/45s with the pro had the weight. I did find a black with adjustable that was listed as 2lb 10oz which means that the tank should weigh 2lb 6oz. So, how much does the grey 68/45 weigh without any reg?

Is there a way to get a Ninja Pro SHP reg installed on a Ninja 68/4500 by you, the manufacturer?

Hi cckynv. Yes, you can order a 68/45 with an SHP pre-installed. Just contact your local pro shop or favorite online retailer and they can order that for you directly from Ninja. I believe there is a small upcharge for the PRO SHP, but I may be wrong. It could be the same price as the standard PRO reg.

Thanks for the answer, f8al.
So, say I want to buy from ANSgear. Would I just shoot them an email (to their customer support?) about getting a 68/45 with an SHP?
Does the upcharge vary from dealer to dealer, or what can I expect?

The upcharge (if it exists) would be applied to your purchase, IF there is one I think it's only like $5 or $10 tops.

Wow.. that's not at all what I was thinking.
The Ninja Pro Series SHP reg is $50 if you buy it alone.
That's quite the price drop.
I'll definitely be contacting ANSgear about getting one installed by the manufacturer. But, as I said, should I contact their customer support, or...?
