That is true, Benson was using those to set up a shot over the top and one rocked Nate. I really haven't ever seen someone work the calfs over like that, but it was effective for sure. It was a pretty fun fight to watch though.

He fights at a higher level than the guys he's been given (Aldo is the obvious exception)... Idk though- who do you think he deserves at this point?
I completely spaced that tonight is the TUF finale... Not a very exciting main event in Nelson vs. Mitrione, but it'll definitely give me something to do tonight.
