Double Etek?
would it be posible to mod 2 etek4s to run off the same trigger like a double trouble?

that should be simple enough. you just can tie in the boards to fire off one microswitch. splice some wires and its done.

wiring is the easy part. making a device to hold it is going to be where you spend your time and money

Alternatively you can wire one board to two solenoids (did this with some Rainmakers back in the day). You'll have a single grip and trigger, but two complete firing systems firing simultaneously.
If you keep both boards and go with a single grip and trigger you can wire it so the guns fire alternate of each other. Notice that on most triggers that use micro switches (not 100% familiar with the Etek 4, but this is in general) the switch has 3 wire connections, but only use two. Those two connect together when the trigger is pulled, the middle and 3rd connection will connect when the trigger is released. Wire one board from 1st and 2nd connection, other board from 2nd and 3rd connection, and you'll have one gun firing on the pull, the other from the release.

This right here is a good idea
The only thing I'm thinking about is when you attach the guns together how will you get the hoppers on since the feed necks are center feed? If you put them straight up and down I don't think any current electronic hoppers will fit that close next to each other. Unless you put them at a slight angle

well i was planning on using them as mounted guns on a tank or gun emplacement. so i could space it out or just make a system using q-loader parts. might be able to modify the hoses from a q-loader and a rotor to feed both?

Could I get a cp reg and run both markers off one tank or would that hurt the recharge rate for the air in the system

That idea makes it seem kind of like a rebounce or whatever mode its called, where you shoot on the trigger pull and the release, except it works seamlessly between each gun. Really cool idea for the OP though

I would keep the stock regs on the markers, and put a splitter coming from one tank. Maybe even a scuba tank with a reg?

If it's being used in a vehicle, absolutely! on a CP asa, there's ever several ports you can attach air lines to.

you can fit 2 fittings on a shocktech asa too. they're a little cheaper than a CP as well. i would think any high pressure output tank would feed 2 guns easily.
id do HP tank > asa w/ 2 fittings > each gun with its own regulator.

question, does it have to be an Etek? i've seen this done many times over with Ion's...also you need to use two boards and wire them together and put a disconnect or switch inbetween, the reason for this is you need to be able to shoot one gun at a time because ALOT of fields ban gattling guns that can't be shot independently...just FYI, also you could pick up like four ions for less then two Eteks...can you imagine? since weight wont be an issue with it being mounted...

i assumed that would work. basically one grip frame modded to fit two bodies on it
