im looking for a manual for the 2013 demon, i got a leak from the trigger and i wanna use the problem/solution guide? is there any difference from the 2012 manual with qev?? hope you understand me

it was a strange sound of the leakage never heard that from the 2012 deamon, and that drivetrain i was shooting about 300 k with.

There us not an updated 2013 manual yet. Leak by trigger from could be air transfer pipe or numerous drive train o-rings. Pull the gun apart and inspect them all.

Start with air transfer and 23x1s on the shuttle. Move on to manifold.

i found the problem, it was on the shuttle outer orings on that one, the orings was weared

changed them and relube and keep rocking but after a 2k shoots it needs new lube due the leakage appear again.

Which material is the o-rings you are using made of?
Wear that fast could be because the rubber is too soft/hard.

its vanguard standard orings, i bought it from a certified tech here in sweden.. and i doubt thats the problem, or? i do play with reballs but no other demon har this problem , it fixes it self after relube but appear agian after perhaps 2000 shots perhaps

sounds to me like a wrong size oring.
