wouldnt rack pulls be a better back excercise than deadlifts because deadlifts is legs+back and rack pulls is just back?

that reminds me, rack pulls are today, lets see how many reps at 315 my grip allows me to get today

Bump.
I've been doing this since 8/24. Initially on a cut, and currently bulking. I'm am close to breaking my all time PRs set @205#, except I am now slightly less than 185# most days.
Progress:
BB Bench 165x2->185
DB Bench 65x8->80x6
Squat 275x1 -> 325x2
Deadlift 315 10x1 ->335 6x2(just reset)
Weighted Chins +30x2 ->+65x2
One of the biggest things has been I'm starting to actually look like I lift. I'd love if my bench increased faster, but I'm working hard and as I bring the DB #s up, I think it will translate well.

so glad that both our bench numbers are finally moving lol.
would you like to have a friendly race to a 225 bench? we could possibly throw in deadlifts if you like, but your squat is pretty far past mine, i believe our deads are at least within 20lbs of each other (got 375x1 like a month ago but as previously stated i've been slacking hard on deads)

Think I'm gonna jump on LEMUR 1.5 when school starts. I need a good, consistent weekly routine instead of doing whatever.
