i usually just throw some seasoning and worcestershire sauce in a ziplock with some chicken and put it in the fridge, i usually dont do anything fancy. I also dont use no hammer . I just leave it in the ziplock and pound it with my fist or the handle of my knife holding it by the blade. Pound that ****.

I'm going for a three egg omelette with onions, ham, and cheese in a few minutes.

I ended up with 4. And the reason why it wasn't like 5 is because it had like at least a 1/4lb of ham in it.

If I eat more than say 6-7 eggs a day I get some nasty gas. Anyways, some of my recipes:
Season/brown 99% lean ground turkey (A lot, 5-7lbs)
A can of peeled tomatoes
A bunch of fresh chopped tomatoes
Chili Powder
half a can of Tomato Paste
Beans or Veggies or whatever else you want.

Makes some bomb *** chili.

Lean ground turkey
an egg
onions, garlic, italian seasoning, etc.
usually what I have with about half a pound of spinach with some olive oil, olives, avocado, all that good stuff.
Recipes are simple, A **** load of lean meat, a **** load of veggies, Plenty of good fats, low/or no carbs, ta dah. Healthy meal.

I'll eat anything as long as it's good for me.

Is Salmon and broccoli considered performance foods?
I just had dinner which was Salmon, broccoli, side of potatoes.
Trying to lose body fat and stay lean.

Surprised nobody has posted here since 2009. Time for revival?

First preheat oven to 325
For crust,
2 scoops graham cracker protein
Use either Nilla Wafers or Graham Crackers. I mixed mine up this time. Crush them up. I put them in a baggie and smash them with my rolling pin or the flat side of my meat tenderizer. It should yield at least 2 cups crumbs. (about 30 wafers or about 8-10 sheets of crackers)
5 tbsp of light butter melted.

Brush some of the melted butter on the bottom of your springform pan.

Mix the rest of the butter with the protein and crumb mixture.

Spread on the bottom of the pan and bake for 8 minutes.

For mixture

2 (or 3 for reduced calories) fat-free cream cheese (8 ounces)
2 (or 1 if you use 3 fat free) Reduced Fat Cream cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
4 scoops of Clutch Chocolate Protein
4 eggs
2/3 cup of fat free sour cream (you can use greek yogurt also)
1 tsp vanilla

Cream the cream cheese in a mixer. Add the protein, and sugars, and mix for 3 minutes on medium low. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. Mix for 2 more minutes. Using a scraper mix in Sour Cream (or greek yogurt) and then vanilla.

Spread into the baked crust. Bake for about 55-60 minutes until center is almost set.
Let cool, release collar from springform pan, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Enjoy! It's very yummy
