5 mile run through an off post lake area in sterile ACUs with rubber duckies this morning. Finish ahead of my entire squad, and a good portion of the company. Team leader pissed because people "weren't giving 100%" so he puts me on some lame motor pool detail, and *****es at fellow teammate, then goes into a rant about how much I was **** bagging this morning and yadda yadda. I ****ING FINISHED BEFORE THE WHOLE GOD DAMN SQUAD!! How can you ***** at me when my PT score is higher than my team leaders AND my squad leaders. This is the kind of dumb **** that makes me want to get out asap.

he never said anything to me. but when we were leaving the parking lot to go back on post he made a little comment like "This PT was a waste of time if people aren't going to give 100%, right Ott? I mean I'm right aren't I?" And I was just like "nope, I'm tired sergeant!" and went to my car.

If you aren't making the Army a career, just embrace the suck and be a smart *** at any available moment.
There's a reason I'm nearly a 10 year Captain.

Dat feel when my stack is still always bigger than most of my command, and I generally have more stripes then most of my superiors.

Don't fall into the trap of building a rig because it looks cool or its how someone else made theirs. Take the time to really think through how you use your gear in different situations and build your setup for your needs.
Random but I might be going down to carson regularly now. If you guys see a black gov durango speeding around with the driver giving MPs the finger that might be me.

thats basically what I do everyday and everyone loves me. TL was on his period today because he had to do a layout. PSG during our in ranks told me i was one of his favorite people in the army and that its a shame im getting out haha.
