If you can go with the sigma 1.4, a lot more reliable than canon's 1.8 and 1.4 especially in low light focusing situations

I think I'd use my 50 more if it didn't shift, but I get way too many throw aways due to missed focus. However, my 85 has not left the camera since I got it.

I had a 50 1.4 and didn't use it much. Found myself wanting a wide angle instead for a walk around.

Any boat shoes work. But you're only allowed on with boat shoes. So if we sail around to the gulf for Galveston you better have them.
