And yet I find myself not jealous at all. West Virginia is a natural disaster.

dude icefishing is freaking amazing. you drill a damn hole in the ice, sit in a heated shed and get wasted while catching fish. rule number 1 of ice fishing = get drunk as ****. ive gone before were we just got hammered and didnt even drill the ice.
a bunch of friends are going camping in a few weeks around here. i donno if i want to be up for camping in the middle of winter (it would be a hunting trip but camping out in the cold *** elements). that is a little too hardcore for me. in the summer we load up kayaks and go like 10-20 miles down a river then camp out for a weekend and that is a blast. i could do that every weekend for a summer and be content.

that's the rule of all fishing. I'm all set with all forms of fishing and camping unless maybe it were under ideal conditions in the summer. Ie like 70 degrees and you could promise me minimal bugs. Otherwise I will be in a house like a civilized person.

eh most of the time i fish i dont drink or ill only have a couple. if i am out on lake erie fishing for walleye or perch then i will get wasted but if im wading in a river for trout ill stay sober. i dont really like dying in rapids because i was drunk and slipped.
bass fishing its hit or miss, if im on my kayak i dont get drunk as it is hard enough to stand in the thing as is. if i am on a bass boat i am more inclined to get wasted.

gotta wade in the rivers if you want to catch steelhead and brown trout effectively. its a ***** to shore fish with a fly rod (in a lot of cases it is impossible) and its impossible to get to good holes. i do not fly fish that much but regardless you have much more success to wade
its not like you get wet or anything and it is pretty fun.

I guess people catch like 3 foot Pike out of the lake I'll be living on next year, so I'll probably have to do a little ice fishing

ive never gotten a pike ice fishing but we get walleye, perch some bass and pan fish all the time. i guess people will drill a pretty large hole and somehow lure the pike in and spear them in some areas too. that sounds like way to much work.
as for regular fishing i have caught pike. i got one about a week and a half ago fishing for steelhead while throwing spoon lures. a guy about 300 feet down stream from me hooked 3 pike that day, one of which was about 30 inches (pretty large considering how shallow the area was). when i was fishing in lake st. clair i saw a guy pull in a 50 inch musky...those things are freaky

Interesting choice. I mean he doesn't have a real good option either way. He enters the draft, people go all "holy crap he destroyed his knee last year, and tore an ACL the year prior. We aren't drafting him until super late." He stays in college, kills his draft stock because people will have video evidence that he is no longer the same runningback.
I really like Lattimore, and I wish him the best in the NFL but that dudes career is over.

Hopefully Lattimore turns out to be some bionic freak with the same genes as Adrian Peterson.

Sorry to see Lattimore go out like this, but I hope he has a long and productive career. If he doesnt it wont be for lack of trying on his part. He is the hardest working player I think any of us have ever seen here.
