Good Hopper for Reballs?
Indoor field near me uses reballs, and from my own practicing I know that my Halo Too sucks with reballs.
I don't want to spend money on a hopper and find out that it also sucks with reballs, does anyone have any experience with one that works well. I'm fine with a rotor or something, i just want to be sure before i get. thanks!

Rotors are well know to not work with re-balls, having said that the large issue there seems to lie with knock off re-balls, not actual name brand reballs. The z2 is a machine with reballs, main reason I got one. I have heard good reviews on the spire but cant say for myself. Other than that the v-max, pinokio, and Halo's especially with that European gents modification (the name escapes me but something like Xeon) seem to do very well.

I dare say that I did . I would try to get a first hand account of how the spire handles them before jumping ship into a z2 (I do love mine though).

Hey boss. I play at the field in queens. I'm sure that is the one you are talking about. When I first started playing there a few months ago I had a rotor and it jammed at least 3 times game.
I upgraded to a spire and have not had a problem since. The spire hasn't jammed on me once with reballs and it's the best loader I have used. I'm there every Thursday night. If you want to give the spire a try I'll let you shoot a couple of pods with it and see if you like it.

Sick, I'm sure I'll see you there some night, I'm moving out to LIC next month.

Alright man. I think I'm the only guy there that runs a SL94. So if you see someone shooting a black/grey SL then just let me know who you are.

went with the spire...figured if I'm gonna spend $135, might as well spend an extra $50 for a used spire, since it seems like it's the best out there.

Play Reball all winter long and there are 3 loaders that always do well...in order of best performance (this includes both name brand and knock off reballs type of experience):
1. Spire - You have to turn up the drive setting, but they are phenomenal when you have the settings correct. Just make sure you tone them back down when you shoot paint.
2. Z2 - Occasionally (more rarely honestly) hits a jam and the rip drive solves the issue. Otherwise they also feed great.
3. Eggy 2/3 - Feeds great as long as you have good batteries (this also goes for the other 2 loaders), but don't expect it to keep up with a 12.5 Ramp Stream. If you shoot semi with reballs, these are the cheapest solution for sure! Look for one that isn't beat to hell and a Z Board is a huge plus! The Eggy 3's should have the Z board installed already.

Rotors work great with reballs. I believe the Z2's work alright too. Spires work fine also. It's up to your personal preference really...
