I didnt watch everything, just the last part of the last video with the snake stuff. I've played snake for years, so here's a few quick tips for success:
1) play the outside of the snake bunkers, going over the top makes you exposed, this is a hard lessen, but wrapping the outside of the bunker accomplishes two things
a)dominates the tape
b)prevents the other team from filling wide, or at least if they do get wide you'll see it happen
2) Play some call of duty and learn some tactical aggression. I'm serious about this. I played CoD4 with a sniper rifle for way too many hours, but I learned how the average human navigates a tactical situation and can now exploit it (People play paintball and Call of Duty the same way). Best way to do this - be fast and aggressive - close in on your enemy quickly and dispatch him. When your guys were in the 50's doubled up I saw a couple of them wanted to go right up and poke their gun around the edge of a bunker and blammer the other fool, too bad they didnt, maybe that was a rule you set up for the drill, that's fine too, but dont teach your snake guys to be timid.
The best way to get good at snake is to forget the fear of getting eliminated and just go pop the fellow. Worry about survival after the enemy is eliminated. Do it fast, but do it with control. Watch this you'll see what I mean, go to 3:22

That's me going into enemy territory, and this is what I mean by control. I took a chance going so far because it was 5 on 5, but I lived it out. I didnt sprint past the guy and get shot, I was fast, but made my move stealthily. My team won that point because I was able to make that move and survive deep in enemy territory.
One last thing about that move: Notice how I had my gun in both hands ready to shoot. If that guy came over the top on me before I got there he was going to die. It's another thing to keep in mind, running and gunning is one of the most lethal skills you can acquire, you'll never be defenseless if you can run and gun.
Keep doing what you're doing, it looks like you guys are having a lot of fun! That's what it's all about, and if I'm ever in Ohio I'm going to look for you! I liked your facebook page, good luck!
