Paintball Small Business from home???

Anyone with experience?
Im sure im not the first or last to think of this but how hard is it to get started and permitted to sell paintball equipment part-time from home? (mostly just paint, maybe some guns from time to time)I have a 9-5 full time job.

I have a pretty large network of friends and teammates that play on a weekly basis and there are very limited stores in the area...dicks, walmart, and the closest pb shop is about an hour away.

Im not looking to go bigtime and would like to keep it pretty small. No employees and most of the time i would be selling @ the private field i play. I just wanna make enough to keep prices low and make a lil extra. I dont care about big profits and wanna do it more for convienence for guys in the club and that play at the field.(

Just curious... sounds like it could be rather enjoyable but its just an idea for now. Btw i live in CT

Basicly you will need a business licence, EIN, tax ID, and other than that its up to the company to ask for anything else more.

I would just go find a drop shipper or a distributer that will sell you paintballs for you to sell fr retail price.

It would be hard to buy enough paint to get it at a great price to make extra.

Very doable but in order to get paint cheap you will need to buy in quanity. This means you will need a loading dock/warehouse drop point.

The local shop 30 minutes from me has his business at home in the garage. Cheapest paint and gear prices around. He just has them drop at his house. I'm kinda interested in maybe doing this since I have 2 spare rooms with plenty of space to store paint
