Normally I'd be trolling this thread but I'll try to help you out.

Over the last couple years, I developed a really dry, flakey scalp. I have hair like you, so they would stand out. I tried every single dandruff shampoo (easily 10+ varieties) out there and none of them worked. I tried tea tree oil shampoo, the problem was literally gone after one shower. I use Nature's Gate tea tree oil shampoo every day and follow with Nature's Gate tea tree conditioner for about a minute. My hair looks great, my scalp is way healthier, couldn't be happier.

Hair spray?

I use hair spray because I don't like the wind blowing it all over the place but it might help your situation and it's not noticeable.

I would second this. The natural herbs and nutrients are very ideal for a dry scalp, smells very organic like a hippie shop lol. Excellent natural aroma's.

To be redundant, scrape your head with fingertips/fingernails. It's what I've done. Also use less shampoo. Like, a lot less shampoo.

The amount needed to lather is literally the size of a dime(Given you have short hair)

Comb your hair out thoroughly while the water is heating up or whatever, being sure to lightly scrape your head, then wash your hair, and then use a conditioner, and DO NOT scratch as someone said. Been dealing with this bull **** for years OP. That method keeps it at bay but if you go longer than a day it's back, at least for me anyways... have yet to try that tea tree oil shampoo but I may.

T-Gel / H&S, both the shampoo and the conditioner or else it won't do jack pancakes.

T-gel increased my dandruff same with HS.

I wouldn't refer any of those. But give it a try.

Same with Proactive. It works for some peoples acne while it doesn't for others.

Just experiment.
