I picked up a nearly stock WGP orracle a year or two ago and absolutely love it. You can pick them up for very cheap second hand, but they still have the look, feel, quality and performance of any high end marker.

Get your grimey little hands on an automag. The automag is widely agreed to be as of now, the best mech marker out there. Ill argue that point all day.

Even though this is a necro thread, it's a topic always worth discussion.

I am inclined to agree that Automags are as "high-end" as it gets (higher quality and craftsmanship than even Dye, Planet Eclipse, and the like). Having said that, and having owned both an RT ULE Pneumag and several mech 'Cockers -- I say it's a tossup. The Mag I owned was a higher quality instrument, had an even better trigger pull than a fine Cocker, and had a pneumatic anti-chop feature, but I never quite achieved the level of consistency I've gotten with my Cockers. I mean my cockers, when underboring, get +/- 1 or 2 fps over the chrono. That in itself makes them nail-drivers. And mech Cockers have this "personality" in their shooting feel that makes them a real pleasure to use.
