I need some help getting intel on this mouse.
So I have narrowed my search to this: SHARKOON DarkGlider 000SKDGM Black 10 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB 2.0 Wired Laser 6000 dpi Gaming Mouse
and am wondering if anyone has any experience with it.
On the side, reasons I want:
DPI Display
Adjustable DPI
Back/Front buttons
Side-Side scrolling
Laser mouse
Wired
Contoured
It looks similar in design to the logitech now, that I like, but can stand for a few improvements on the shape. This one looks to have exactly that.
I love the perks like a fiber covered and gold plated USB cable and that it's made of a very dense, yet textured plastic (like rotors, or the black side parts on logitech/older MS gaming mice)
It's right at the top of my budget, looks worth it and all. Guarantee is there and the company seems legit.
Now I need to know if the product is as good as stated since it's so hard to find a decent, let alone any review on it.

I use a Logitech g500. Seems to meet all of your "likes" and is $5 cheaper. I know a lot of the other guys in the Tech forum use the same mouse as well and we all love it. Probably the most comfortable mouse I've used.

I have looked into that one, but I'm kind of exploring options. I want to be sure I haven't missed one that could be even better

IMO the best mouse on the market is the Steelseries Sensei. I hate having a ton of buttons on my mice so that's why I like it.
Really sweet looking also.

What the crap do you need a gold plated usb connector for?

But here's the ****ty part: It's $90.
Gonna have a hard time writing something like that off as a work expense.
But... I... want...

ehhh more so the sensitivity, shape/feel of it. As well as the smoothest scroll wheel ive used so far and having the button layout that it has is very beneficial for me i had a older logitech back in the day which was really nice, but wheel wasnt nearly as nice and it was just hard plastic and not as comfy

I'm not a fan of a lot of design features of Razer mice, honestly.

Razer mice are actually the only razer product i would buy. However let me tell you this OP, the more simpler the mouse, the better. There is nothing really that special about mices marketed towards geymen.

Evac.: I don't doubt, but they have specific features which, unfortunately come with the rest of the ****.
Like DPi controller and those scrolling wheels on bearings which are super smooth, but still have that notching feel and side-side movement, the right button tension, etc. It's tough ****, man.
Fuzzy: I think FRYs may have that in stock.

Lol. Same here. I had a **** mouse when I built my rig. Browse through the building thread and saw that 90% of you guys used the G500 and ran to best buy to grab one.
When it comes to things like a mouse, I buy on site.
