I REALLY highly doubt this. For many reasons. Number one, if someone was fixing it up the windows would probably be fixed. Also, the doors were still unlocked, not just one door but many doors. All no trespassing signs were so old they had fallen off the fence and were weathering away and getting hard to read. The grass in the back is so grown over you can't even get to the seperate "guest house" area without climbing through a ****ing jungle.
Also, I know many urban explorers that have been there in the past. I know of people who have gone earlier this year and far before then.
There was an estate sale in 2010, probably where the boxes came from. Wouldn't surprise me if someone came in there every so often to move things out, but why wouldn't they lock it up?
I'm going to look into as much info as I can about the house. Especially regarding to who owns it (whether it be the state, old family, or what). I didn't even notice any christmas wreaths on the door, must have not been paying attention
