i've been doin 5tins a week for about 10 years. the only things i have blown more money on in the last 10 years are Paintball, Alcohol, Gas, and car payments

I used to go through a can a day. I've tried cold turkey and it just doesn't work for me. I've backed it down to a can every 2.5 days. And lots of chewing gum, lol. I need to go to the dentist though. Perhaps he will give me the motivation I need to quit.

same here. they get a break in july/aug, but it's open season the rest of the year, w/ no bag limits.

i was pretty close to a tin a day. i would string it out for the weekend, because my run to the local Indian Reservation was every monday

Ran maybe a mile and a half tonight, holy **** I tohught I was going to have a heart attack. Heart rate was ~190 +/- 10 and it took 20 minutes for it to get under 100bpm.

My girlfriend wants me to do the spartan race in April and I was like "Ha yea right."

With being a 12yr gymnast I didn't expect my health to be this ****ty.

3-4K calories a day and I can still burn it.
Problem is, I'm still out of shape (to me, at least). Endurance is OK but declining. Trying to gain a bit (muscle) but have only been able to tone. I just burn up whatever I take in. It kinda sucks.

I'd like to do a boxing program/club thing. Not to actually participate in the sport, but just for fun and for another way to work out. Problem is I live in the sticks. Too costly to drive to a gym for that sort of function when I drive a fair bit for work as it is.
