Erie Landsharks 2013 Season

Erie Landsharks are currently recruiting for the 2013 season. Our home field is JAW paintball in albion PA, and we are currently participating in the USPA league (full x-ball).

Over the past 2 seasons we have placed well in the league, finishing in 1st place in the 2011 season and 2nd place this last 2012 season. We also plan on going back to the national circuit in the form of either PSP or NPPL for next season as well as USPA. We are a no nonsense tournament team and are looking for some fresh talent for the 2013 season.

Now, on to business. The team is looking for 2-3 serious players who have played national events before and can fit in to a team atmosphere. Players should be able to play most positions on the field, have the fundamentals of competition paintball, and be willing to learn anything new the candidate may be asked to.

Tryouts will be held at Crazy Dave's on December 9th. Paint and pricing information will be up shortly.

We will be starting at 11am on the 9th. We ask players to be there around 10 to have gear ready and be stretched/warmed up.

Pricing is
$25 entry
$40 case

If your bringing your own paint it will be $35 for entry only then.

Transportation: Two cars willing to travel from Akron Ohio.

Experience: I've played through all ranks of divisional paintball. Don't have much of any formal ranking since the nppl reformed 2008 or so. I played for team recently of Ohio Extraction psp. And as far back as New York shockwave. I also practice with some of the best tournament players in Ohio every weekend at Tpa.

Position: I am comfortable with every position on the field. Though I prefer to not be first in snake. Due to the fact a taller player. I really excel playing mid / fill player but I have played home and corners for about 10 years.

I am excited to prove that I am up to par. But I did have a shoulder operation in September. That I'm not 100%. If your interested please message me and I can explain the situation throughly as I did with Joel.

This is a reminder that tryouts for Erie Landsharks are this Sunday (December 9th) at Crazy Daves in Volant Pa. Tryouts will begin at 11:00am, sharp. We recommend that all players be there by 10:00am to allow time to stretch, warm up, and pod up before play begins. If you are still interested in attending tryouts please respond back to this post so I know the number of players trying out.
