So earlier in the season I strained my LCL in my left knee and went on and played, about 4 weeks ago I recieved what the doctor called a "compensation" injury to my SI joint. I have been out for 4 weeks and missed my superbowl today and I am planning on playing paintball tomorrow.
Anyone, if you have had an SI joint injury
or anything in that region are there any stretches, workouts, anything I can do to make it stop?
I'll be playing mostly backman tomorrow so I shouldn't be killing it.
