I had the same issue with mine with the 2c eyes. Eyes were fine and working bit I wouldn't be able to get higher than 12bps. I put new 4c eyes in mine and it worked perfectly. Your eyes are faulting out. Try new eyes. Either do a quick swap with a buddy or eat the cost.

Check your wiring harness and make sure none of the wires are pulling out near the eyes or on the board.

Set your board to stock after changing the battery and try again.

If it's not the wiring harness, then it has to be the eyes. Wiring harness first though

My OLED TS had the same issue with rof. I had 4c eyes and was shooting semi uncapped. With paint it maxed at 14, turning off the eyes it would display upper teens. It ended up being the 4c eyes, occasionally the board would display 2c instead of 4c and when that happened the rof wouldn't cap at 14.
