Azodin kaos pump ball breaking

So I just bought an Azodin Kaos Pump the other day and today when I used it for the first time I was having ball breakage in the barrel. I was using both the stock and a CP .685 bore with valken fate and crusade paint. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

Check for any burs of metal at the breach

check for bumps or anything in the barrel thats not smooth try not letting go of your pump handle and you shoot see if that helps

Check the bolt, and anything else you can get to. Something as stupid as a piece of sand could do it.

This time of year high end brittle paint turns to soup if it gets too dry and chilly. Keep your fancy balls warm for best effect!

Make sure you are a actually pump all the way back so you are not loading half the ball into the breach.

Also check your velocity, if it's straight out the box it could be firing hot.

ive never had much luck with valken paint...except six months after i bought it.

Make sure to bore size your paint, and check your fps. I believe you want to remove the factory detends on those too

Sweetspot it and see if your detents are working fine.

my buddy and i both had the same problem. so, if you've sweet spotted it, kept your paint in reasonable temperatures/humidity, and checked for lumps in the breech and such. then its just the gun not being easy on paint. my buddy and i both sold ours, and built wgp's. i recommend u do the same

or get a ccm gun.

How do you sweetspot a Kaos pump? I have never heard of doing that to a Kaos pump?

If it has a reg and another method of velocity adjustment (like dwell), you can sweetspot!

Oh ok i though he was talking about like timing it through a lug nut or something like in an autococker my head was in the dump.
