I'm not sure if many of you have hear of them, I just got a hold of the Scarab Arms
TGR2. Out of the box this thing is solid and built like a rock. For a mag fed only milsim marker I am so far in love with it. A few specs are noted below. As well as my review (short I know)
I have not shot it yet as the temps are -18C here (Canadian) but so far it rocks.
I have previously owned a Milsig K-Series Elite version I (the only comparable thing) and this marker destroys it in out of the box quality and aesthetics. Now you will notice that there are a few non stock items. So on it I have Magpul MOE front and back flip-up sights, Petrol 551 holosight, PEQ15 Laser/Light Combo
Pros:
-Solid construction, T6 Aluminum for nearly all of it
-Case, get a high quality (a little small) case for it. Foam inlay (not custom cut)
-Stock adapter for either 13CI HPA tank or 9oz CO2 tank
-Push Pin construction, built like a real M4 in a way 2 push pins you can have lower and upper receiver apart. 1 more and the bolt, hammer, gas ports out and ready for inspection and lube/cleaning
-Looks heavy but once you have a few minutes to handle, it is actually quite light.
Qwerks(Problems):
-Right away there was no Airtank (its on back order so ok)
-Rear Sight was loose and a bit wobbly
-Mag catch is a little soft, but some extra force should get it clicked in properly.
-No Tools (a few replacement parts) though they really aren't needed except for accessories
