I'm making this thread to clear some things up and avoid confusion since we've all been talking in the old 5 man thread.

Sunday Dec. 2nd
3 Man race to 2 tourney
$125 per team
$50 per case of Graffiti
PSP ramping
NO COACHING
Centerflag format
5 min time limit per game
5 players max on roster
Gates open 8am, captain's meeting for 9am

1st Place: FOUR DYE Rotors (when we were talking in the 5 man thread about this, I had posted up that the prize was going to 5 Rotors--b/c I got mixed up with the 5 man idea. It should have been 3, so I will meet yall in the middle for my mistake and throw up a 4th Rotor. If this a problem for any team that has already entered, just let me know and we can refund your entry.)

2nd Place: Free entry to next 3 man LAX event

We will take the top two teams after the prelims have played out and let them battle in a race to 3 match for the Rotors. Any tie breakers will be decided by the results of the involved teams' race to 2 match.

We are only taking 5 teams for this event, and we have registered as of now:
1-BKS Blue
2-BKS Black
3-LETHAL
4-SOLAR
5-Playground Legends

We will run this twice then go in the same order for any matches needed a 3rd game to decide the victor.

Thanks to all the teams that attended! I was very impressed with the play and sportsmanship from all the teams; made the event entertaining and run very smooth. We will run another tournament in Jan. or Feb. 2013 as soon as it is warm enough to do so. I'm thinking it will be some type of 5 man, maybe even the same format as this one.

Thanks LAX for running a great event! And thanks to Lethal, SOLAR, and Playground Legends! We had a blast! The staff was friendly, the reffing was on-point, and all players had great attitudes. We're looking forward to the next event at LAX.
