I think there's something odd about me. Growing up, my mom always bought lowfat milk. When I moved into my own place, i moved up to 2%, and then a couple years later, whole milk. Now, a few years later, I've moved up to drinking half and half as if it were milk.

Does anybody else do this or am I some horrible abbomination?

It doesn't seem to have affected my weight and i've been doing it for several months.

pu ss ies drink skim milk. Half&Half is the way to go. Tour not the only one i drink it as well. i seem to enjoy it more with cereal

Lol several months maybe, but you'll notice it eventually. Half and half has almost the entirety of your daily value of saturated fats (in one cup). Let's hope you're not drinking more than a glass a day, and even if you are, you aren't ingesting anything else with a moderate to high amount of saturated fats. It's really just not good for you.

Try using straight cream, tastes so good. Adding vodka works well too.

I have a friend that occasionally pours half and half on his cereal - lucky for him he has the metabolism of a meth addict; he could pack away a 2 lb. brick of cheddar for dinner without gaining an oz. in the long run.

Skim milk and all that 1% **** is DISGUSTING, I don't know how people can stand it!!! Raw milk is my favorite drink on earth, aside from coffee. Half & Half, buttermilk and heavy whipping cream are to die for delicious.

It saddens me that people have been duped into the skim milk/soy milk fad... that stuff is poison and junk. Raw milk is the best drink a human could consume, and for the half & half fans, I'd recommend making your own , because all dairy at the store is way too processed. Wouldn't touch that stuff with a ten foot pole.
