Looks exactly like my Teardrop. $25 wasn't a bad deal for it.

Okay, now this one VS a J&J Flat line on a 98 custom..I wonder if I should stick with it or snag the J&J. When i was messing around with it a few shots seem to just whip left, right, up, and I down. I tried turning down the velocity a bit but it didn't help much. I basically want to be able to hit an 8 inch target from like 20 yards. Is that too much to ask from a Tippmann with an RT kit and the Smart Parts barrel?

you might want to clean the barrel
I like smart parts barrels they are high quality imo

Smart Parts progressive.
top of the line of 1 piece Smart Parts Barrels.
Obviously not made anymore.
Accuracy depends on several things:
Quality of paint
age of paint
clenliness of barrel
paint/bore fit
therefore:
if your paint is old/low quality it will throw curve balls
if your barrel is dirty it will throw curve balls
if your paint is a .684, and your barrel is a .690(which it probabally is) it will throw curve balls
I have never used any barrels but smartparts, Dye and CP in the last 20 years(except if the marker had a fixed barrel).

the quality of paint will make a bigger difference than your barrel. if its egg shaped and dimpled no barrel is gonna make it fly straight lol. id stick with the one you have vs. buying the J&J. smart parts made pretty nice barrels.

That's a Smart Parts Teardrop, had one just like it on my Tippmann, it was a great barrel. Certainly on par with just about any 1 piece barrel on the market.
