Etha very inconsistant
I've had my etha since april, shot about 10-12 cases through it, and it is still very inconsistant. For example, yesterday I was chrono'ing and i was shooting 280, 282, 250, 255, 270, 280. I checked the poppet spring, that is fine.Anyone else have this problem? How can i fix this. I have all stock settings

Quality paint?
Size bore to the paint?
Cleaned and lubed the reg recently?
Need a new battery?

Evil is gonna be really small for the stock .693. And that would explain the variations in fps you see.

More importantly; what air system are you using on your Etha?
Also, please ensure that it is registered for warranty via: https://warranty.planeteclipse.com/site/signin

Dil - the stock back is 693 which is huge for _any_ paint. You need a smaller bore or you will never get consistent shots.
Myth regs gave me a lot of issues with consistency also in the past. You may want to get your tank reg tested and make sure it is giving constant pressure.

At any paintball retail store. It will cost from like 25 to 40 dollars.

No. Myth regs are notorious for being inconsistent.

Yep. I noticed the same thing and popped on a .685 back and saw a major improvement for fps consistency.

I had consistency issues with my Ego7, I was using a guerrilla air set up. Switched to a ninja and it became flawless. My etha also became a ton more consistent once I put like 15 cases through it.

The GA Myth regs are Horrible with output pressures you can get FREE reg testing at any psp event at the Ninja booth or sometimes your local proshop can like everyone has said before. Also the barrel thing like everyone said.
Things that others Havent said. Make sure there is zero lube on the bolt and can that the bolt slides on as well no lube on the bumper oring behind the bolt. Lubeing these parts creates bolt stick no matter how slight or extreme it might be. That causes extreme fps drops.and spikes. Also make sure not to over lube the internal joiner oring and poppet orings this can cause shoot down extreme fps spikes and drops and in really bad cases the marker doesnt fire and makes a weezing sound. (Gerry will frown on this) BUT the provided eclipse lube isnt the best but it DOES work. I prefer in my personal markers to run Exalts vitamin G or lurkers monkey poo....
If this issue continues email Gerry Bates at Planet Eclipse US gerry.b@planeteclipse.com

It's the large bore barrel. Try a smaller barrel like the boost kit eclipse offers and you'll notice changes.

Paint barrel bore match. Also, I couldnt help but notice you said poppet spring. There is a updated part that you need to get. As Nicky T(the man) said, register your marker via: https://warranty.planeteclipse.com/site/signin.
