To save money, would it be a good idea to purchase one of the air tanks that are advertised on pbnation (not sure what brand, but they are going for $109) and then just slap a ninja pro reg on there? Still coming out much lower then any other new tank.

Honestly, how much are you really saving? I mean, if you want a Ninja 68/4500 tank from say ANS Gear, the Grey Ghost is $150, generic tank is $110, Ninja reg is $39. So saving yourself what, $1?

I thought at first they were offering an option of what reg you would like, you might be able to call ANS and see if they could put a Ninja reg on there and maybe save a few dollars that way?

If you're gonna go cheap just stick with the reg it comes with or get a better tank and reg off of the bsts.

not true on ANS GAS bottles. Look at the section that says Choose Your Regulator. The only one listed is Crossfire. The Ninja line of regulators is not offered as an upgrade on that bottle unless you buy the bottle with regulator and then buy a Ninja regulator as well.

It's a crossfire reg on it. Nothing to sneeze at. It does a good enough job.

Unless you are just driven to get a ninja and save cash. Maybe look a used tank.

Why not just buy used as others have mentioned? Much cheaper that way.
