$80 per person entry = 1 case of paint, air, field fee, and jersey.

I believe it may be $80 a case after, but don't quote me on that yet please.

The price for entry will go up the closer to the event you RSVP.

I got the official pricing ready to go for the tournament and I apologize that it took this long!

ENTRY FEE WILL BE $80 PER PERSON!
Entry Fee gets you field fee, 1 case of paint, 1 Charity Jersey for your team, All Day Air, and any rental you require as well as 1 entry into the dollar raffle!

Per Case price after will be $70 a case, I understand to some this is high, but remember this is for a good cause!

I need to go over to the bank and set up a second checking or savings account to tie to it. Finals have got me all mixed up in the head right now.

At this time if you are wanting to pay for the event I can take the money to my personal paypal as a gift and you can Note it as for teh Charity event. I will take screen caps of each payment I recieve in my personal fun so that everyone knows their payment is not going to buy me something new but to pay for the event. One quick question though, I've never been to this field, is it really as "dirty" as it looks in the pictures? Looks like it could be quite messy. Not that I care, I'd just take a lot more gear.

haha, We will clean the turf and bunkers before the event. In comparison to some indoor fields I have been too, Urban Warfare is much cleaner. It is true we are a smaller field with a humble start up, but there is a lot of good going for this field and there is a lot of ammenties many fields don't have. (Great staging area, lofted viewing area, concessions, pro-shop, and more!

The nature of it being indoor does make for some wall staining and such, but we do our best to ensure it doesn't get too bad.

I guess my answer is sometimes haha. When planning for anything, come prepared I guess.

Finals are slowing me down and I am done after Wednesday. Tomorrow or Wednesday I will drop by the bank and open a separate and secured checking account for the money to go to so I can open a paypal for it.


After talking with my bank just a couple minutes ago it is going to be a hassle to get all the kinks worked out of a temp checking/savings without being charged. Therefore I have decided to just use my personal paypal and take measures to unsure you that your money will not be misused. Upon messaging me with your information I will give you my personal paypal email. You can send your payment there as a gift and in the message add these details.

Reason for sending money, (Easter Seals Charity Streeball Event)
Date: (Obvious one here)
Experience level: (How long have you been playing, APPA number if you have one.)
Jersey Size: (Take note the jerseys given at this event are basic cotton long sleeves with sponsor and event logos and colored to your team.)"

Once I receive your payment I will screen cap the statement on my paypal and email you the image. I will also print this screencap out and mark out any personal information that is on it. This will be your confirmation when you come to the event. I will add up the total of all of these and keep all screencaps and transactions on file to show proof that all the money was handled correctly.

I do prefer you gift the payment so that paypal fees do not disturb the amount, but I understand all reasoning for NOT gifting. If you choose not to gift I ask you send a couple dollars or so more to offset the paypal fees. I will not make a huge fuss over this.

That being said, I am taking all registrations NOW! If you are ready to pay for the event PM me the above required information and I will get you the paypal number. Remember to properly fill out the paypal message.

no you dont need to have a team. for the event, the teams will be determined that day, so if your team does come, chances are they will be split up anyway. come out and have a great time!
